Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel your registration, please call 620-342-2625, 620-794-6647, or email. Full refund (less $15 processing fee) if request received by 5 pm on April 3. After that date, due to guarantees we must give vendors, refunds are not available. Also, full refund available if entire event is cancelled (not likely). 50% refund if we have the dinner and concert but cannot burn due to unusual weather. No refunds for registered participants who do not attend but did not request a refund by the canellation deadline. SUBSTITUTIONS ARE ACCEPTED.

Note: Flames in the Flint Hills is limited to 50 participants. Spaces will be reserved in the order that payment is received. Of course, your payment will be promptly returned if all spaces are taken. And you will be given the opportunity to be on the waiting list for 2011.
